I tried looking in the 40 years of mustang book but I couldnt find what i was loking for. Whats the difference from a 69 coupe and Grande? I found a 'shell' on craigslist for $100 and was trying to figure out if it was worth it.

I think the Grande was more of a "luxury" mustang. Upgraded interior and amenities. I'm not sure of the specifics.

Yes grande was the fancy car vinyl top different interior most of the time it think the later ones had power windows. But in the end its still a coupe so its not really worth a lot so buy it if you like it and got the money.

Should be easy to remove if it is in bad condition.

the guy who is selling the shell is out of wilsonville, i believe. He is not someone to do business with. The grande's of the period were as the guys here said, just a luxury model. They are pretty nice, but the shell he is selling is more trouble than its worth. I wouldnt do business with him, if its the guy im thinking of.
