Default I Got another Car!!

Well, as some of you know, I just got married 2 weeks ago. As a wedding gift from someone, i was given another 1970 Mustang! And the wife is going to let me keep it, even though its impractical and we don't really have the room for it. It's white and is in excellent condition.

Naturally, you knew it was a model car?

Thanks to HoneyGoldCoupe for this and his other very generous gift.

People apparently know the way to my heart.

This is like 1/8th my collection of mustang toy cars, lmao. The only ones the wife lets me put in the open are ones that look like my car, or ones that look like what her car will be when done.

Again, thanks, HGC.

And yes. The little red one was white once upon a time. I colored it red with a pen, because I am that awesome.

I was going to get you a red one but the only red one was missing the grill and I figured you had enough car work to do without having to fix a grill. Glad you liked it and the more traditional gift that came with it.

How very cool, nice thing you did Jim. You've got to be the most generous person on here, you've given me some original brochures, and now got waffles wedding gifts. Very cool

Actually, it's all stolen goods too hot to fence. Better you than me when the cops show up.

Cool. I''ve been trying to get a model of my 67. There is a guy that makes custom models to look exactly like the car. Haven't heard from him in almost a month

That has to be one of the cleanest '70 fastbacks I have seen in a while. I'll bet there is not a bit of rust on it.

am I the only one infuriated when they see a tshirt, model car, toy car, poster, etc with something wrong? a 70 with a mach 1 grille and 69 boss 302 stripe kit? a 67 gt500 labeled a 68? a 65 with a 66 quarter ornament?

Actually, though, this white one is incredibly accurate. It has deluxe interior and even the correct number of pads on the seat. amazing.
