Default well this ****es me off

so, im outside workin on the stang (FINALLY!!!!!) and i got my trunk dropoff all cut to size and ready to weld in. i get my welder. and.. it isnt working, wtf? os i open the side and realize the freakin wheel that feeds the wire through isnt hitting the wire! any ideas? im takin the welder to the local wending shop and hopefully they can fix it.

um did you check the tensioner ? there should be a screw the adjust the wheel for the tension.

Is it a mig? If so when you click the trigger does your spool rotate? If so then check the tension and make sure the wire is getting fed through the hose. If the spool is turning and the wire isn't being forced in then adjust the tensioner (its a little round thing near where you set your wire to be fed through. If it Isn't being fed through take the nozzle off your gun and check your tip and make sure the wire isn't jammed up their.

its a lincoln mig/flux
the little wheel that spins, and makes contact with the wire to push it through isnt hitting it. wheres the tensioner?
