I hate meeces to pieces.
It's that time of year again, and I'm sure it's been covered many times before, but things are slow so here goes.
Got mice?
What measures do you take to prevent rodents from living in your Mustang?
Are they edible?
I like a body count so I use the old snaptraps. I bait them with peanut butter and place them along the walls of the garage. When the little buggers nibble and die I tack their little carcasses to the wall. (kidding)
Actually I put them in hidden places so my coworkers can find them. (Pockets, hubcaps, etc.) The really funny part is that sometimes they don't find them right away.

My 65 was stored from about 1990 through this summer. A frickin colony of the little bastards had been living in the glove box.
Found a dead one in my trunk, I was told by several car people that it is good luck to find one when you first pull a car out of storage.

I would have rather had the mice than the spider infestation that my car brought into my garage. After the first night in the garage there were webs all over so I went through with a propane torch and burned every nook and cranny that I could find and dropped numerous bug bombs in the garage. My boss had close to a bag of dog food stashed away throughout his 39 chev when he finally pulled it out of storage to rebuild it.
Ya got to hang a couple on the wall so the rest of the little bastages can see how their lives will end if they don't move on.
I bought a 1954 Studebaker from a guy in Arizona to turn into a street rod. He brought it up to PA where i was living and it was infested with black widow spiders. I ended up gasing the garage and found 8 carcasses under the car!

Funny, I don't have any mice, maybe because I have a enighborhood cat/cats who like my nice warm hood when I park in the driveway at night. Sometimes in the morning I have to wipe the iddy-biddy paw prints from my scoop and hood. I've tried spray but it doesn't work unless you do it every day, then the cats will start to cost me money too. I just ignore it now. Just part of the life of a daily driver.
At least cats don't eat my wiring or live in my glove box.

Put a cat in the garage to control the mice and tie a dog to the car to control the cat.
Or get a cover.
I like the sticky traps too. I had some small little pieces of ****e, I tried the normal traps but they were too small to set off the traps. I put out some of the sticky traps and got themm right away. sweet.
