Geez that is your damn problem. You let the weeds and grass grow up around the distributor. You will never get it out now. Try some week killer, that should do it. :')

tho i did get it out tho after 2 hours of pulling, hammering, breaking, yanking, twisting, jumping, yelling, screaming and pulling my hair out it came right out

its basically destroyed now tho, if anyone has a distributor they wanna sell cheap please PM me

I know that the purists do not think much of these. However, I am very happy with the one that I purchased and the price is excellent.

That distributor doesn't look bad at all, especially for 50 bucks i thought they were more, if would have known for 50 dollars i get a distributor like that i would've had that sucker out of there in no time.

someone correct me, but I've never seen a distributor with coil on top that fits a mustang with original air filter. Don't even know if that will fit the HIPO lookalike round chrome based ones. anyone any input on that?

i was actually wondering about that after reading it, i dont think i willbe sticking with the original air cleaner, i want something flashy, Maybe edelbrock low pro, anyone have one of those? does it clear the distributer?

Here is a picture of my engine with the distributor installed. I am using a simple round (8 inch diameter I think) air cleaner at the moment.
