HGC,
Body is in good shape, ie; no body work to be done. I found no areas that had been reworked or, if they had they did an outstanding job. I've done quite a bit of body work over the years so I have a good idea of the problem areas and I have been over it several times from top to bottom and it's tight. The paint needs some TLC since it's been sitting for some time in the back of this shop but I'm planning on putting a "good" paint job on it at a later date.

Are you going to keep it or flip it?

Waffles,
Have you done torque boxes? I am replacing floor pans too (front) so I figured I would replace them while I have the pans out. Are the floor pans spot welded to the torque boxes? My floor pans are currently pieces of 1/4" plate the previous owner welded in so I am unsure of the original configuration.
Thanks,
Gordon
