That's a really cool effect. Yeah, down in Wilmington here in NC, there are alot of old places like this. I'd like to take it back out and get some more.

I was joking about the new account, was thinking you could start up a new, fresh identity [ref to another post rant].

Carlos, have you posted any more photos of your car? It looks fantastic! I'm guessing it's Acapulco Blue.

I have no shame in the posts I made in reply to Waffles.

Semper Fi, be always faithful to yourself.

I spent 11 years in the U.S. Navy. It made me what I am today. Take your own path and do what works for you.

It's Winter Blue Metallic. In the shade, it can look darker. In the pic above it looks like Acapulco, (a 68 color, I think), but it's not. I have a totally correct repaint I did in 1993, which still matches the unpainted jams and trunk, etc. In the light, it looks like re4boy's paint job in his sig. I think Winter Blue and Candy Apple Red were the only 2 factory metalflake colors, but I'm probably wrong as usual, lol.

I made some major changes recently. New pics will arrive as soon as I can get my brake lights working and drive to the beach. The car is a beast now.

Thanks for asking.
