Thank God, it took them long enough! I searched for several months befor I found one in my price range, and when I did find one, it was a POS.

They do have the normal one with out the gauges but its out of stock if they would remake the gauges it would be great.And look around ohio mustang has the most parts for the 71-73 of any site i found.

Sweet, thanks for the link.

All 3 of mine have them, but 1 is broken across the top. Whoever removed it last didn't notice the top 2 screws, pulled on it and broke off the top piece.

It's funny that I still see on Mustang FAQs that 71-73 is the "biggest and fattest" ever,
talking like it was some fat bastard child.
But the new 2009s are heavier, wider and taller. My Magnum R/T is HUGE, the Mach looks like a little sports car next to it. Noticed that most newer cars are much taller than the old cars were.

yea most classic stang owners will like to think of our 71-73s as big fat pigs but hey, we cant help it if they where the only years the cars where tough looking =-) I ended up cutting up what was left of my old piece and making my own but its nice to know that if i want to go to a complete resto that they finally make them...

The 71-73 was the fattest tell the s197 came out the sn95 was real close tho.
