Question !965 Coupe Paint Question

I don't know if this should go here or not. I was wondering if anyone would know about how many quarts of paint it would take to paint a '65 coupe?

Thanks for the quick response! I am trying to add up about how much it's going to cost for all the paint (like you didn't guess that already...lol). Try if you can to picture this paint scheme on the car on my avatar picture. The whole car in a dark purple, almost dark enough to be black. Then a real dark red almost light purple color in either racing stripes or a stripe along the bottom on eack side. Let me know what you think.

Do you mean vintage burgundy on the exterior or interior?

You are only going to have a limited number of interior colors available for replacement parts, so unless you are set on a black interior, Make sure the exterior color does not clash with whatever interior you pick. It will bother you for as long as you own your car if your colors look stupid together.

Good Luck. If you decide to go metalflake, you can be really subtle with only small % metal in the clearcoat and just get a great shine without looking like glittercar.
