As some have stated the seat risers will have to be cut and welded back to adjust for the height of the new seats. My car is at SVP currently and I had mentioned this to him as well. He said for any of the earlier models 65-70 you'd have to cutout the seat risers and weld them back to decrease the height enough.

I've seen the car that BA posted about. Great work and it will be an awesome car. They will have it at the 45th Mustang Anniversary at Barbers this next April.

I want to do this in my car as well since it opens up alot of seat options.

The Mustang Club of America is hosting the 45th Mustang Anniversary at Barber Motorsports near Birmingham, Alabama on the 15-17th of April next year. They are expecting 9,000+ Mustangs and will have a caravan of mustangs (must sign up for a spot) of 1,000 mustangs to drive to downtown Homewood, Alabama after the party.

There will be 4 cruises

1 from Florida
1 from Michigan
1 from Shelby Automotive in Las Vegas
and I cannot remember where the other is coming from.

Ford Racing will be bringing some stuff on one of their big rigs (so it is said). Carroll Shelby and Chip Foose are rumored to be attending along with Jack Roush.

I'm really excited even though my car will not be ready to live about 10 miles from the track. It also has a large museum on the property with classic motorcycles and cars.

Rocket City Mustang Club is part of the show. I am a member of this club, but if I go I will most likely be with TMS.

BA I know my brother will have his ShelbyGT/SC there with TMS. If you do come let me know I would enjoy meeting you.

Might be up in your neck of the woods next month sometime. Have family up there and with my multiple jobs I'll have to celebrate the holidays early.
