Whats It Worth?
We have a 66 coupe that we might be selling. Here is what it has:
Rebuilt 302 from a '78
Electronic ignition
rebuilt 2barrel carb
C4 that looks rebuilt
new 8in rear end
new front susension
new rear leaf springs
new dual exhaust
new hood
new master cylider and booster
deck lid
doors plus glass
new windshield
new bumpers
fenders
all other glass
lower qaurter panel rust repair
Eastwood rust encapsulator on underside
new seam seal on underside
Nason chasis black on underside
bed liner on floor pans
There is no rust anywhere on the frame, body is very straight. So what would the market value of this car be? Thanks
Btw It also has the front and rear seats!

If it is a basic coupe I would agree with the 7-8k range if it is the way you make it sound especially if the body is straight, its mechanically sound and no rust holes, ect.. if the paint is good it would probably be worth a little more. (pics would help though)
I would agree that the market seems a little down for what the classics are going for now but the only thing for sure is is that they are not making anymore and there are fewer and fewer on the road each year.
Its pretty remarkable how they could build such a quality piece of machinery 40+ years ago and cars today might last 20 before falling apart it seems like...

Well we were going to paint it red before we sold it. Right now it is in primer the interior is not in it, but comes with seats front and rear. The dash is together and steering wheel is in it. If we dod sell it everything but the interior will be done. All that the interior would need was seats recovered, headliner, carpet, small stuff like that. Pics will come soon, heres what I have of it right now.

Thats rust water from when the rad. blew a bad cap.

rebuilt 302 that runs amazingly well
