uhhh
so it looked like the rear end was tweaked when we got it here.. and we decided to measure middle of wheel to middle of wheel front to back on both sides.. pass side: 107in
driver side: 110.5in
ok, now im convinced this thing was wrecked before, new driver quarter, wheelhouse, nothing new on pass side. vin cut out in one place....
anyways, what would be worst fix for this? new rear frame rails? everything else seems straight

LOL you are a walking, talking living breathing example of an anti-fleaBay advertisement. On one hand, I genuinely feel sorry for you, on the other hand I laugh for the guy that sold you the car, because if it was anyone else he sold it to (including me) he'd has his **** beat in with a baseball bat by now.
Oh, awesome, an advertisement for FREE healthy recipes down below. I think I am going to go cook some food that doesn't make me feel like I'm takin a bath in grease.
Just kidding. **** eating healthy. I like my food to taste different than my lawn clippings.

I would look at the leafsprings and see if the whole axle has shifted due to an impact. You would see a mark on the springs were it used to be.Then if thats the case all you have to do is losen the u-bolts and set it back were it used to be.Not to big of a deal
Call around or stop into one of the local shops who deal with frame straightening. They should be able to explain how to take some quick measurements in your garage to see if its the frame or not.
Basically get a good plumb-bob an select 2 common points on each of the front and rear rails on both sides. Drop the plumb-bob and mark an X at these 8 locations. Then measure crosswise writing down your measurements on a sheet of paper. Each measurement from left to right should be close to the opposite right to left measurement. There is a tolerance which I forget right now so they don't need to be exact but quite close.
This will at least tell you if the frame is straight or not and only takes 20 to 30 minutes to do. Any local shop dealing in frame straightening will be able to provide you with
full details.
Hope this helps

I agree you need to take more measurements. You would think 3" would be easy to spot. I wouldn't think it would be in the rear though. Sounds like axle is in the wrong place. It doesn't make sense that if the drivers side was repaired, that it grew by 3" . Try measuring from the front to the front of the spring (where it mounts) If those measurements are off, your problem is in the center of the car. Then maybe measure from the spring mount to the axle.

Just to be clear, there is no frame. It is a unibody car and may require realignment of panels. The problem often with vehicles of this age is that other panels may have been repaired or replaced in relation to the misaligned panels. This makes the job much bigger and can result in doors that won't close and body panels that won't align.
