Default 1970 Disc brake swap?

Anyone know off hand if the power/disc brakes out of a 1972 Ranchero will work on my 1970 Coupe? The Ranchero has a 351C/C-6/9 inch limited slip.

Someones trying to push there parts a little too hard.I'm not sure about the Ranchero you might need the spindle hub brakes tie rod end.But the spindle and dust sheild on things used id use rest get new no need to do it twice.

I didn't buy the car/truck yet.I had a heck of time just trying to open the hood.
The spring are so rusted/corroded I bent the hood and ripped off one of the hinge bolts just trying to open the hood.
The only good part about that is the engine is 100% preserved,I hooked a battery to it hit the key and the motor turned over well.Even though it had not been turned over in 5+ years.

I'll let you know WAFFLES what the gear ratio is.Just from the information I have gathered from the car and a quick look,it is a 9 inch and I was told it is a limited slip/posi. But I don't know for sure.

Thanks for the info CHOCKOSTANG I planned on running aftermarket wheels anyway.I was just wondering if the power brake booster/Master cylinder and spindles would work easily enough.?

It's a 2v 351C. I don't think they ever put a 4V in the Ranchero. Unless it's was special model, This is just a Ranchero 500.
The "truck" was impounded about 12 years ago after a guy refused to pay his tow bill. The odometer reads 53,000 miles. The windows were left rolled down for about 10 years so it's not really worth restoring.Generations of mice/cats and who knows what else made mince meat out of the inside/wiring/seat.(should have taken pictures!)They are wanting $400 bucks for it,But I told them I would only pay $200.We will see, it's not going anywhere that's for sure.

There is also a 1969 Torino GT 302/AT sitting right next to it they won't sell. That's the reason I was even snooping around to begin with.

Ok, here's the deal.

I have the CSRP Granada swap, and 15" STOCK ORIGINAL, UNMOLESTED, UNALTERED, UNCHANGED, Magnum 500 rims from a 1970 FORD MUSTANG that fit on PERFECTLY.

REPEAT:

FIT PERFECTLY. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER.

Why did this thread degenerate into a rant on the evils of "Granada" brakes?

The front end on your Ranchero is based on the full size cars like LTD, T-Bird, and trucks. These disc brakes are not a direct replacement for your Mustang's drum brakes.

REPEAT, NO 65-73 Mustang stock wheels will fit the Granada Brakes, 0, zilch.

We need to inform the public with correct info, not confuse, misdirect.

If wheels of a 64-73 Mustang fit on a Granada conversion, They were NOT Original wheels, the center hole in to small. No Exceptions.

Putting aside the fact that this subject has nothing to do with the OP, in fact, 14" Magnum wheels do fit over Granada brakes. These were stock on 69+ Mustangs.
