Default Floor Support at an Angle

I installed a new floor support while replacing the floor pans, now I'm getting ready to install the floor pans and I noticed that the floor support is at an angle. From the edge of the torque box or the bottom of the toe board to the very end of the floor support the support angles away from the rocker panel by about 1/2". Is this a major problem? Will it lead to alignment problems?
