It's probably from the antiquing I did to the photo to be honest, when it was the full photo it didn't look bad, but since I cropped it it does

Nice, my wife used to have a '68 SS 396 Chevelle. She sold it when we needed money so I didn't have to sell my Mustang. Now she has a '69 GTO that she is working on.

zggill04;

I thought you were trying to get your Mustang built up for a faster 1/4 time. Did you give up on that and decide to build the Chevelle for that?

Have you ever seen the movie called "Catch Me If You Can" with Matt Latanzi? He is a High School kid racing cars for money to go to college. He drives a '68 Chevelle.

Sounds awesome... I need a girl like that lol. Actually I'm talking to a 26 yo now who drove up two hours this weekend to see my cars and insisted she go for a ride in both lol..

I was working on the Mustang, but I got rid of my bike for the Chevelle and got cash on top of it. So now I'm working on both cars, but with the cold weather I kind of put them on hold where they are. I've been thinking about what I want to do with each car. The Chevelle needs cosmetic work and has A/C and all the gauges work and everything where the Mustang is manual steering and no options and only my tach works. I would like to build one into a prostreet but I'm not sure if that will happen and if it did which one I would turn. The Mustang would run a much better time with the 9" installed and an alignment, just been too dang lazy.

As far as the movie. I've never seen it but def. sounds like one i'd like to see! I'll have to get that one soon. Is it any good?

It is kind of a cheesy movie, but it has a few cool cars in it. The big race is him against the clock. Worth a look IMO.

I like the F&F movies. I also liked Redline, except for the story part it really sucked, but the cars and girls were nice.
