Question Need advice on buying...

Need advice on buying a 65' convertable 302 v8, edlbrock 4v carb and intake honey gold metallic paint, straight body, 3 speed automatic. No major defects, mileage 123,000. Is this a good buy/good potential and any opinions about price for what I've described?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
