Default Working on paint

Good day to paint, at least some of it. Thought I would share some photos of where I'm at on the paint while waiting for it to flash off.

Its 2 stage, (effect). You know what that means, multiple coats. The white is straight foward. The "BOSS" was wanting a pearl but most of the ones we looked at and liked were 3 stage and a little too much on the darker side. This Blue has a lot of pearl and seems to move light really well and excellet reflectability. You can read "Goodyear" on the tire on the Red car and see the trusses in the roof. The panels have not been buffed yet.

Sounds like a 3-stage to me. Base (white), mid (blue), clear.

The blue is Base/Clear. Mostly pearl's and candy's that are 3 stage (the prettiest pearls usually are). I would have loved to used a 3 stage pearl (base, midcoat, clear) but did'nt want to go thru the headache or better yet, was a little afraid to try it. They do have a unique look and the "Candy's" are bueatiful.
