Just kidding. Looks great! Love that blue. After all that prep just how paranoid were you when you got ready to pull the trigger on the spray gun?

Thats when it gets very exciting and you wonder if your gonna make a mistake. I did get a burp with the HVLP and ended up with a grey splat that will have to be fixed (on the first coat of clear) but it will take less that an hour and it will completely vanish. Seldom does everything go perfect and there is always something little to fix, but thats one of the advantages of Base/Clear.

That is one killer job, looks great. how did you keep the dust from flying around the garage? I'm still on the fence for renting the booth.

Dust? what dust?

I know when we did my fathers in the garage we cleaned really good to start with. Hung poly from the ceiling to the floor and sprayed the floor with water. This worked very well.

Paint looks great and yes I'm all envious! I cannot wait to see final paint on ours. I'm so tired of primer!
