Default Exhaust

After christmas I am planning on replacing most of my exhaust. I will be going with dual exhaust. How do you have your side exhaust set up? I want the Terlingua style if someone could help me with that.

dual exhaust on a straight 6?
do you want it to just tee off at your header?
i would go to a muffler place (a non-franchise one if you can find it) and talk to them about options and pricing

I probably won't get headers yet. If I ever go with a turbo I won't be able to use a header. What I will do is either use a 1 inlet/ 2 outlet muffler or a Y-pipe and 2 glasspack mufflers.

Last time I had exhaust done the guy charged me 25 to put muffler and new tail pipe on. So I would guess this would be about 50-75 from him, maybe less.

just take the exhaust from a v8 and turn it around tailpipe to manifold and down pipes to tailpipe tips.... jk, had to say it

are you just going dual for looks? i don't think dual adds much to an inline that's a v thing

if you are doing it for looks you could go with a muffler like this in front of your diff.

and run the tail pipes form there

I'm going like this. Pipes exit in front of rear tires, I will use the muffler like you posted Joe.

I think most sixxers would do the headers into this right? BA's is a unique situation in that he wants to turbo eventually (going to be very cool IMO)
