Are you going to wrap the matte black into the headlight bucket like the racecar you posted? That is SWEET.
Your mock up image kind of looks like you are doing the whole front of the car black. I guess Im trying to ask if you are doing the terlingua but with red?

I do have rust on that side. It is just surface rust though. Will sand it and repaint the whole radiator support.
Horns are ugly. Nice job putting them south, just make sure the bell is pointing downish so water doesnt collect in it. If your horns have a left and right, and it's hard to get the bell to point down, switch horns.
Glad those stains are rust and not dried blood, lol.
