Default Does anyone make this applicator...

I want to apply por15 to my cowl. It is solid and rust free and I want it to stay that way. I am looking for an applicator/tool that I can insert through the drain holes and spray por15 inside the cowl ensuring I get every nook and cranny. I guess I'm thinking soming like the old rust proofing tools that had a variety of nozzles and wands to reach into and around inside panels. Any ideas?

Maybe you could find a sprayer with a small enough tube to fit in the cowl.

Something like this.

Default Cowl repair and painting method

We also had a cowl that was in good condition. Here is how we used Rust encapsulator (by Eastwood) and seamseal to eliminate any future problem.
Lots of pictures on our website
You can also use this method to replace your tophats if they are rusted without drilling out the spot welds on the cowl and firewall.
