The seats you can. You will have to get special tracks for them since they would sit too tall in the 65. The rest I don't know about.

You can do anything with enough money, determination, and time. The dimensions are different, so you would need to measure, section or extend, trim, reshape, and fabricate brackets and trim. It would be a lot easier and cheaper to use something like this:

You need to lower the seat risers (cut/weld) to properly do the seats. Everything else is possible, but will require deep pockets and lots of time and fabrication. The dash would probably be the most difficult as it runs off a computer.

The sn65 they took a 03/04 cobra sub frame and shoe horned the 65 body over it.I have seen a fox body interior in one and it looked fugly.Mp products makes some nice door panels most of us use the procar seats scat makes a matching rear seat cover now.The instrument panel you can use the 66 one or go aftermarket.Steering column they make aftermarket ones now too.I hate the interiors in newer cars too much plastic feels cheap.Give me a old metal dash and 2 **** radio any day.
