So I guess somewhere along the way I got some overspray of epoxy primer on my rear bumper, that stuff flies everywhere. What is the best way to remove it without scratching it to death?

Only steel wool? What grade or how course should it be? I did try using paint thinner but it didn't work. I may need to soak it down with paint thinner then use steel wool......

well ive used steel wool to clean up chrome bumpers that were pitted and it didnt scratch the chrome.. i would start with fine though

Yeah this is a new bumper. I've already kicked myself. I'll pick up a couple different grades of steel wool, starting with fine.

well you can keep trying with a thinner/reducer etc or maybe try buffing it off

For the steel wool, use 0000 grade, don't go with anything else unless you test it somewhere you wont mind scratches first.
