Default Roller Cam Bearings versus Tapplet

Are there differences between the size of bearings between roller cam or a tapplet cam? I have a set of tapplet lifters cam bearings. I need to replace a roller cam bearings...
Are they sizes the same? If so, I should be good?

Thanks again!

I believe they're the same. The better question is, how are you planning to get them in/out? Doing cam bearings requires special tools that you're not likely to have, nor are they easy to find for rent. It's a job usually left to a machine shop.

Like I said, it's not something that's easy to find for rent. Usually the only places that will have such a tool are machine shops, and they're not apt to rent them out; it's just poor business practice for them. It shouldn't be terribly expensive to have a shop do the job anyway.
