I think the highland green with some chrome or polished wheels would look good, id say go with 15" chrome wheels, the extra sidewall will give you more stability

Tungsten Grey is nice looking. I think it will look nice with the 17s on there. What kind of rim are you going with?

I had the same problem, could not decide. those color chips just don't do justice. I wondered car lots and stared at colors i liked from passing vehicles. once you find one get the color code. Took me some 9 months to find exactly what i was looking for.

I like the first one with some stripes or something to offset the one color. That with some nice shiny chrome wheels and chrome moldings and trim, that would look sweet. Then again, the second color would look sweet too. So much for my opinion.

You should see if they can send you out a swatch. All paint changes colors in different light. Its best to have both samples in front of you before its too late and the car is fully painted

I have been going to dealerships and getting the color choices for the new model year and saving them. I also walk the lots and have gone to a few car shows this year already. One indoor one here in Birmingham is World of Wheels (Several across the country) with some nice custom colors that I can look at on someone elses "canvas".

I think I've found a nice Candyapple red metallic I'm going to see if I can find something similar for my 69, way down the road for me.

I like the Graphite Grey Metallic best for what you're wanting to do. It's similar to the tungsten color they had for the GT500KR when it first came on the scene (I think I saw a picture of one with blue stripes).

I am thinking of going with a black rim as well on my 69 with a deep dish chrome lip.

All in the planning stages in my head currently. Post pics of the rims you're talking about it will help us visualize it better.

Oh and wareagle is right.

Henry Ford said it best, "Give me any color as long as it is basic black."
