Default Header help with 69 Grande

heres the deal,
I just revently got some Hedman Headers for my 69 Grande with 351W. I plan on doing the install over the weekened and planned on doing it myself with a friend. I am a little worried about getting the stock manifolds off. They are the original manifolds from the factory since 1969. The bolts just look like they have seriously become part of the manifold and the manifold itself is just in bad shape. Anyone have any tips on how I could get those bolts out with cracking/breaking anything? like breaking the screw in the block since its so old.

ps: id really not like to have to pay someone to do it, being a student in mechanical engineering, id like to do it myself, but will pay if its last resort. Thank You!

penetrating oil is your best friend on old cars. I suggest spraying all the exhaust bolts, including the flange bolts under the car, on friday night. Let it sit overnight and you shouldn't have a problem the next morning. Usually you only need an hour or so, but if it's really rusted, let it sit and soak in. Remember, WD-40 is NOT a penetrating oil, try something like PB Blaster. It'll say it's for rusted nuts and bolts.
