Default patriot heads

anyone have any experience with the 1102 heads from patriot?
they seem like a good deal new and i'm trying to find some used

i got these off the site
Technical Specs:

Combustion Chamber: 60cc
Intake Runner: 185cc
Exhaust Runner: 70cc
Intake Valve: 2.02"
Exhaust Valve: 1.60"
Max. Valve Spring Lift: 0.550"
Retainer Material: Steel
Valve Seal Material: Viton
Valve Guide Material: Manganese Bronze
Valve Job: 5-angle

would my headers that are on my stock heads now work with the patriot heads?

I have heard both good and bad things about them. I personally have no experience with them so I can't say. Run a search in the Fox Body (5.0) section.

yeah what makes them junk?
they had decent flow numbers compared to some of the other heads i was looking at, not quite as high but they weren't as expensive either.
certainly better than ported 351 heads for a 289 im guessing?

The 351 we have here, we took of the VC's to change them to what the customer wanted. The guide plate are made so incorrectly and far off, the rocker is on half on the valve tip.

Im sure they are fine for a daily driver, if your a hard core gear head you can tell the quality is horrible. It seems the Chinese trend is if it looks good from 10 foot a away it must be quality. IMO I would stay away from them unless they are free
