how to clean surface rust of chrome?

Put it on a shop towel. Put the shop towel on the rust. Let it sit for a half hour or so. Rub with the same shop towel. The towel should be one of the rough ones, not a fluffy soft one.

where do they sell this ive never seen that at wally world and havent really looked at auto places or lowes/home depot places
