The one on the side is the reverse switch. one positive and the other to the lights. I didn't know what the top one was and didn't hook that up.

Maybe a vehicle speed sensor? Usually on the back, but *shrug*. What's it out of? I mightcould be able to look it up here at work.

The date reads it as a 90's. Came from a 5.0 stang.
