Default Does my carb need adjusting?

Hey,

I have an L6 with a 2-barrel carb in my 65 coupe. It runs fine at higher idle but now cuts off when the idle gets low. And makes it hard to crank. It ran completely fine last week when it was colder outside. Now since it got warm, its cutting off. The previous owner (bought it 3 weeks ago) put a new carb on it. So its all new.

Could it be that it needs adjusting now with the warmer weather? Can the choke be doing this cause it has an automatic choke and when colder it was probably working to keep it running.

I don't have any manual for the carb and may need to bring it down somehwere to do it.

Thanks

Default

I was able to adjust it some to keep it running and not cut off. But it still needs soem fine tuning along with the timing. When i turn off the car, it doesn't shutoff sometimes due to timing. I turn it off in drive so it does not do that. Its a little embarresing!
