Default Mustang for 500obo

I saw this mustang for 500 obo I know it has a crap load of rust but what do you guys think I have lots of time in my hands car is located in san Diego right next to me. And I was planning to convert it to a fastback. Also with a 5.0 engine from a 93 mustang also a transmission with a 9" from a Lincoln and putting all new interior in the car. I just rather would have car which needs alot of work because I have too much time on my hands.

Whats your budget? Cause you keep making threads about really cheap and REALLY beat up mustangs. If you have some money, get something in a little better shape, no?
