Default Smoking headers

So as I have finally routed my power steering under my lower control arm, bracket comes in tomorrow, I noticed my car still smokes, i thought it was coming from under the exhaust at first but now i notice the smoke is coming from the bolt second from the front driver side on the exhaust headers. anyone know what this could be, and would that be a problem in the engine.

Do you hear a ticking sound like maybe the header flange is warped or you have a bad exhaust gasket?

Do you see and oil dripping from the valve covers in that area that could be burning off when it hits the headers?
