All of the accessories are the same, some of the brackets are different...

Since we went from I-6 to 351 I can't say exactly which ones, but I am guessing power steering will be the same, A/C will be different, and alternator MAY be different.

The 351 deck height is about an inch higher than a 302, so therefore the heads are raised the same abount also. Therefore, whatever bolts onto the head will be an inch higher, so whatever brackets and/or accessories connect to both the head and the block, their mounting will be changed in some manner.

Brackets and pulleys can be and usually are a huge pain in the a$$ whenever making an engine swap.
