Default Msd Ignition System?

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my ignition system and I read that DUI is good but I am wondering if MSD is any better or equal.

There is a guy selling an entire set up for $300.00. It includes M.S.D. Ignition Set part # 6200, ignition box, distributor, and coil.

I should also mention that my car is a straight six, so would this install in my car? Is this a good price to pay? Is MSD worth it or should I go with a different brand?

Thanks in advance

Is it a 6cyl distributor? If so I would buy it. MSD is a good company.

I went with the DSII swap on my 200.

Most likely won't fit since it is made for a V8 engine instead of I6.

I ran a DUI on my stock 302, mild cam and headers. It worked great and the best thing about it, it was an all in one.... No need to worry about an ignition box, coil or all those extra wires.

I've since upgraded to a pro billet dizzy and a 6AL.

Those extra wires are a pain too. I went through 2 coils, 1 voltage regulator, and 1 battery before we got my DSII wired correctly.
