Question Intermediate Exhaust Pipe

I have JBA 1650SJS headers, 1650H H pipe and Flowmaster 40 offset inlet center outlet and mandrel bent Flowmaster tailpipes. All pipe is 2.5 inch. I need a section of pipe that is about 18-24 inches long to go from the H pipe to the muffler. I would rather not go to an exhaust shop, because I would like it to be mandrel bent. The tailpipes and mufflers have a slight angle to them.

My question is does anyone know if one of the exhaust companies makes intermediate pipes that will work for this?

I notcie the JBA H-Pipe has a slip fit at that end. These Mac tubes have flanges. I'm sure they could be made to work though.

Thanks for the reply. Thats pretty much what I was looking for. That looks like it might work.

I'll have to email MU and ask them how long they are.

They are backordered until 5/22 though.

if not just get madrel bent tubing. whatever you need. 45degree, 60 degree, straight. just pick the parts in a local hardware store and weld it in. a good exhaust shop should have that stuff in tons flying around ?!

Go to any speed shop and get one 45 degree pipe and one 3-4 foot straight, cut each in half to make the needed section. one 22.5 degree pipe sounds like its more than enough to make the turn you need.

Thanks for the idea groho. That sounds like it might work.

I am really considering just taking it to an exhaust shop for the intermediate pipe though.

Would this really be the best way to go?
