Default Power steering control valve

How do you seperate the ps control valve from the center link? I loosened the clamp but I'm not sure what is holding it tight. Is it friction fit or are there threads?

There should be a roll pin driven into the center link under the clamp. It looks like its a pin that you could drive out with a punch but you can only pull it out from the bottom. Once you pull the pin out, you should then be able to turn the control valve and get it off of the threaded part of the center link.
