Will a 140MPH speedometer out of a 1992 mustang work in a 1987 Mustang? Thanks you!

wrong section :P iirc the dash is slightly different you need to look for a 87-89 140 mpoh speedo

90-93 cars had a steering wheel with an airbag in it so the dash was a little different

general discussion for 5.0 stuff goes like this question goes here https://mustangforums.com/forum/5-0l...discussion-87/

and 5.0 tech goes here https://mustangforums.com/forum/5-0-mustang-14/

if you rear end a car and all you hear is plastic crunching, its not a classic.

IMO.

It can be done with a little work. A junk yard sold me the wrong one once. and I didn't notice it till i drove an hour home and had my car apart.

Heck. Here in Illinois that 87 Mustang will be eligible for antique plates in a mere 3 years.
