Talking Update On The Stang Its Nearly Finished (Pics)

Here are the pictures I promised of my 1965 Mustang that just became road worthy agian for the first time in 10 years. I have had it since high school and it was my daily driver then. We restored about 75 percent of the car then. After a few years and 2 rebuilt 6 cylinders having problems, we decided to park it in the garage and cover it up until we had time and money to set it up how we wanted it. Now it is basically done and is 90-95 percent restored. Of course I guess they are never really done. There isn't much left to do but tinker on it and tweak a few things.

Here is a short list of the upgrades/modifications that it has.

Late model roller 302 with Edelbrock heads intake and carb
Tremec T5, King Cobra Clutch, MD clutch cable
Versailles 9 inch with traction lock
Granada front and Lincoln rear disc brakes
Subframe connectors, export brace and monte carlo bar, Lakewood traction bars
JBA headers and H pipe with 2.5 inch exhaust and Flowmaster 40s
Fluidyne Radiator
And More

It started life as this. This picture was taken in highschool about 15 years ago when we first started to restore it. It was my daily driver then. The 200 was rebuilt.

It is now this.

Nice job... tastefully done.

You should post this in the Engine Bay and Pics or your Ride stickys up top so they'll won't get pushed down through the posts

Thta looks great, good job! Love the stance although I'd like mine a little lower.

I thought I was told you can't have a Monte Carlo bar if you have A/C, good to see that is not necessarily the case.
