Default power steering pump cam pack

Does anyone know where i can pick up a power steering cam pack? my pump is whining so i pulled it apart and cleaned it up and checked it out and i need to replace the cam pack.

i dont really want to buy a new power steering pump especially when the ones CJpony sells dont look like the factory style i have.

also anyone know where i can pick up a new bearing sleeve for the shaft?

i emailed a guy (i think stangersite?) that rebuilds the pumps but he cant get cam packs new anymore.

thanks people !

I just bought a new pump from autozone for $40 i think and i am pretty happy with it. It is the same housing and all as my original one was.

damn only $40 ? did you have to take in the original as a core?

CJ wants like $140 and the one parts store back home that i order a bunch of stuff from wants like $120 for the one they can get.

thats not counting the core either (cant remember if there is one though)

I just jooked on Autozone's website and the pump with resevoir for my 68 is $47.99 with an $8.00 core charge and it has a lifetime warranty. I have always had good luck with them reguarding returns if need be with them also. I'm not sure about the availability of the pump for your model tho but my store had it in stock.

Better make sure they have 3 in stock and don't be putting the tools away after replacing it. Lifetime warranties were made to sell crappy parts and these fill the bill to a T. Sorry for bringing the rain, but cars are my living and crappy parts don't sit well with me.
