For that price, definitely a fake, but it looks like a nice one. He is taking a risk listing it as "museum quality".

I don't see a data plate on the door, just the tire sticker. It also is described as numbers matching and being a coupe... so take your pick of the flags it's sending off.

That being said, it looks nice, but we all know how pictures on the internet tend to beautify a lemon.

i was just posting because its interesting. its in cali im in florida.

it seems to me that whomever is selling it has no experience with it. terms like musem quality and not understanding the difference between a fastback and coupe.

maybe it was a repo or wife is selling it.

its in california for anyone that lives there.

Default I say not

I believe that it is real. It looks like a nice car. However, Ford did not do a matching number thing, that was for those chevy lovers. So saying that it is a matching number car. He might be taking about it have the orginial engine and tranny.

When you list a car on autotrader, it asks for bodystyle. I think the only real options are like coupe, convertible, truck, or van. or something like that. it's not that he doesn't know the difference, it's that Fastback isn't an option. As far as the physical bodystyle of the car goes, it is a coupe.

didnt think of that. never sold a car on classic autotrader. and true technically a fastback is still a coupe.

if your in cali and you got 10k laying around, you should go pick yourself up a 25k car.

haha idk if i believe it tho.
