What do's tat tag mean? I'm slow today I normally get em, but not that one

 

i think the 3" cowl induction hood looks the best...i have one on order...

 

These are the only pics I got right now. Just finishing the interior, The motor is all done, next comes the body and the original metallic turquois. Car is solid but rough.
