Default Input on white spoilers?

I've really pretty much already decided I want to do this but I wanted some opinions on it. I own the Mustang Grande you see below. I want to buy Mach 1 front and rear spoilers and paint them white (not WHITE, but the off-whitish color of the vinyl top). I can post more pictures of the car if you want. I just have never seen a Mustang with white spoilers before but I'm thinking it's gonna look pretty awesome. I want to hear what other people have to say so if you have an opinion or any suggestions, I would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks.

Here are some more pictures of my car. I photoshopped a spoiler on the last one just to get an idea of what it would look like.

Edit: I just noticed the spoiler I did in photoshop is a little too "white" and doesn't completely match the top. So it's not EXACTLY what it would look like. Just a basic idea.

Edit: This is with a black front spoiler..

It will not remain white unless you clean it every 5 minutes.

Literally.

The look works with the vinyl top (really clean Grande, btw. My car looked like that once), but the maintenance will be too much. If you really want to do this, use enough clear so you can easily clean it.

I'm gonna take it the extra step and say No. The chin spoiler and rear wing need to be black, otherwise they draw too much attention to themselves.

Thanks for the advice. I didn't even think about how dirty it will get. I just think the spoilers add a lot to the look of the car and since I have a white top I can't really put black spoilers on it. I could put a black top on it but I really prefer the white... but I guess I need to gives this some more thought. But I'm definitely open for more suggestions.

Oh and I've seen pictures of your car before and honestly, it is one of my favorite mustangs ever. Really, really awesome car man. I envy it.

Well, damn. I was thinking this would be a great idea but now I'm completely unsure. I mean I want to do my own thing with my own car and everything but I want to be positive it's going to look good before I shell out the cash. Thanks for the input.

I agree with Tad. I think the black would look much better.

Do you think I could put black spoilers on with the white top?

I don't see why not. And the correct term for the rear piece is a wing A spoiler is integral with the decklid.

I wonder if you can get someone here to photoshop Carlos' black wing on there for you...

To me the mach1 rear spoiler on a coupe looks funny they do make a shelby style trunk for it but its more money tho.A white front spoiler will look nasty fast from the bugs and dirt from the road beating on it.

Well technically it's called a "wing" but I think it still falls under the "spoiler category"

I could photoshop a black one on there and see how it looks. In fact, I'm going to put a white and black one on tomorrow and compare.

...and I would take Carlos's setup in a heartbeat. I want to do something very similar actually but I want to keep it unique.
