I just had the regulators replaced in the rear windows of my 1970 convertible. When I got the car back I noticed the windows only went half way down. When I questioned them I was told was that is how they are supposed to be that they are safety windows and the reason that i didnt notice before was that a previous owner had taken them out and this is the correct way. The car is a convertibe and looks stupid this way. No way can this be right. Who is right?
