Default Parking brake, pass side

I installed the hand brake assembly, ran the front cable and ran the back drivers side cable. I dont get how the equalizer is supposed to mount (1 inch wide, about 5 inches long, 1 hole on one side and 2 holes on the other... how does it pivot?

The passenger side back cable appears to run up the passenger side, but then there is no more brackets (previous owner removed) and my cable has to get to the equalizer...

There is a picture in that other parking brake cable thread about a mount on the passenger side about under the seat, but its for a 69, do the 67s mount the same way? They gave me 2 rear cable that are the same length, is that right or wrong?

any and all help greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

This is a 66, I don't know if this will help you or not... but anyway......

Some of the parts here are not "stock" but I think you can get the idea.

When I read your post I was thinking that it would be damn near impossible to explain how that works... damn,,, if I only had a picture....

thanks man, although the set up is quite a bit different I am beginning to think I dont have enough bracketry, mainly to allow that bar (3rd pic) to pivot,

I appreciate the pic, dont suppose anyone has one of a 67?
