well we got our pipes on and now we have a poping sound coming from the tail end,, we have check plugs and check timing seems like it only does is under a load ( pull) ,, dont know what it is , we have played with the jets in carb cause people has told us that cause we changed the header to manifold that we changed the fuel mixture we started with 66 with tri-y and we went to 72 and that didnt help and went back down to 62 seemd like it better at a idle ,, but under a load (pull) it pops and back fires a little so it sound like ... we are running a 600 holly carb with vac secondary's ,, so we are stumped

i think we got it ,,, we needed to use a heaver dist cap ?? we bought a heaver one and its ok we will see,, he took it down the road to try it out
