Good videos.

I hate to ask this since I should know, but how do you do a burnout? I feel like a complete idiot asking, but I can't seem to figure out how. Watching the video is seems like you just get the RPMs up and dump the clutch correct?

Watching the second video will show you that it isn't easy to light up the tires with a clutch without practice. But in essence....you rev it up, ease of the clutch and step on the brake while continuing to bring up the rpms....this will let you do a sit and spin.

The other choice is simply a fast start and hammer it down and smoke'm till they find traction.

The 2 shots on video of the red 65 fastback auto (mine) the first one with sound is nothing more than a fast start...just stomp the go pedal. The second one is a sit and spin (obviously)...but...the black California special (late model) is a stick and it took him a few years but he got the hang of it.

Biggest one yet....6 years and this party has really grown. Had folks come in from as far away as Connecticut and South Caroline just for the BBQ which was really cool.

I've been trying completely wrong. I would dump the clutch and hit the gas at the same time.
