Default the holley is back in :-)

since the edelbrock was dripping and I wanted to change to the holley (570 street avenger) anyway i swapped them last night.
The primary jet was only 56 and I had drivability issues with that carb in the past, I changed to 62s before I put it in and at the same time swapped the cam to the black one.
Perfect. I haven't measured with LM-1 yet, but drivability is good and power is good.
I'll measure next weekend for finetuning.
So thanks to all people who constantly post suggestions (607m302, Mark and Tad). You were all bang on :-)

Glad to hear it is working out!

Sorry to hear about your "adventures" with your girl in the car. No one likes it when their Mustang insults their manhood in front of the little woman!

Didja change the oil? I was too busy to reply yesterday, but having gas on top of a piston, it's unlikely the rings held it all without letting some leak by. Gas in the oil ain't good - from ruining bearings to lighting up the night during cranking.

good point checked on the oil level yesterday and had to top up a bit, i have it dropping slowly from the drain plug. but I'm going to change next week anyway.
Buddy got a stash of valvoline vr1 20-50 that i'd like to put in.
The fella who build my engine said it would be perfect, although i thought it would be a bit thick for my new bearings.
