There are other options if the cost of shipping the new rear spring is cost prohibited.
First there are air shocks. I know a lot of mustang purists freak when you say air shocks on a mustang.
The other is spring helper shocks. They are shocks that have a coil spring around it. I have a set of these on mine right now until I can get a new set of rear springs.
As far as shipping to Hawaii, I think you are just screwed. And what a place to be screwed in!

Nah, don't go putting any dang air shocks on it. Face it.....you are screwed. However, you will be very pleased with the looks and handling when you get the new springs on. Be ready for one or two of the front bolts to be rusted so much you have no choice but to cut then out. I used a reciprocating saw. Went through about 5 blades though.
