electrical questions
i just put in all new wiring in the engine compartment to replace the crispy and missing harnesses. however, there are a few i'm not sure where to hook to. i've looked at diagrams and schematics, but couldn't really figure them out. so, i'm looking for some help.
i've posted some reference images and have these questions:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/juanchez/sets/566965/
image A: what's this wire for? where does it connect?
image B: where does the circled wire connect? on another terminal on the alternator?
image C: what do these connect to?
image D: what is the cylindrical shaped thing with the wire hanging down and what does it connect to? what do the other wires connect to?
all the other wires were easy to connect cause there were old ones in their place, but others went nowhere or the new wires had no matches already there. thanks for the help.

Oh, Oh, Pick me Mr. Cotter!!!!!
Ok here are my guesses, guided by one of the nicest wiring diagram books I've found for our year mustang. I'll add link to this when I find it again.
A). Extension lead for oil sending unit wire you are asking about in "C"
B). Goes to B+ side of starter relay (this is the charge lead for your alternator)
C). Red with White stripe= Water temp sending unit
White with Red stripe= Oil sending unit (plug in extension from Picture "A" if needed)
Wire covered in black protective sheath. Probably the Ignition + for the coil, but need to know wire color to be sure
***EDIT***
The positive coil wire is red with green stripe. Hope this helps

D). Cylindrical object is you Radio noise suppressor, and plugs into the open female bullet connector that should be a white with yellow stripe. Couldn't read what the red flag said, so double check that to make sure.
Black with Red stripe goes to ground. Use one of the mounting screws for the regulator, just make sure the metal under the regulator is cleaned of paint so that it gets a good chassis ground.
Here is a link to one of these wiring diagram pamphlets I picked up. This is a good deal if no one else bids on it. I paid $8.50 for mine at a car show. Worth every penny!!!

OK, We all expect our grades posted on the Bulletin board next to Room 222.
