I have a good opertunity to get one, what all does it take to install. nothing major has to be chaned, just bolt right in, right??? or am I dilusional? thanks. wanna hop on it FAST it I can. it's a realllly good deal

but still, if I see one again for a good price...will it bolt right up to the dash? I looked at some pics online and it looks like it would screw right into the same slot as the radio bezel and the shifter bezel as well.

 

Yes it will bolt right in if you are getting the console for the correct year. Convertible consoles are different than coupe and fastback consoles.
