install a console in a non-console code car?

install a console in a non-console code car?
I have a good opertunity to get one, what all does it take to install. nothing major has to be chaned, just bolt right in, right??? or am I dilusional? thanks. wanna hop on it FAST it I can. it's a realllly good deal

snaps! I'm 2nd in line! I hope the guy decides not to get it afterall and let's me get it!
but still, if I see one again for a good price...will it bolt right up to the dash? I looked at some pics online and it looks like it would screw right into the same slot as the radio bezel and the shifter bezel as well.
